Out of respect to the time of our technicians and guests, we ask that you give us 24-hours advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment. In the event that you need to reschedule within 24-hours, you will be asked to hold your reservation with a credit card.
A courtesy reminder for your appointment will be sent 48 hours in advance.
We welcome children as guests to our salon for services at the rate of each stylist’s haircut.
Children eight & under must be accompanied by another adult who can watch them while you get your service done. Children nine & up are welcome to wait in the retail area during services.
Please be mindful that we have glass, hot tools, sharp scissors and an environment that is not conducive to allow waiting children. We appreciate your understanding.
Our desire is to offer you the best experience possible here at Ninety-Fifth Street Salon & Spa. Arriving late can create a stressful experience for both the technician and the guest. Please note that any client 15 minutes past the time of his/her reservation may be asked to adjust their service or reschedule for another time.

We are committed to client satisfaction; therefore we do not offer refunds for services. However, we are willing to work within standard protocol to create the style and look you desire.
