Cancellation Policy

We are a commissioned salon so our amazing staff works for your reservations. Out of respect to the time of our technicians and guests, we ask that you give us 24-hours advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment. In the event that you need to reschedule within 24-hours or need to cancel, there will be a 100% charge on your appointment. To make sure that you can make the best decision for your appointment, you will receive a reminder text or e-mail 48 hours before your appointment.

We are happy to reschedule your appointment 24 hours or more in advance for a time that is better for you. 

We hold your reservation with the utmost respect and know that you are excited to come in for your appointment! 

 

Children

We welcome children as guests to our salon for services if they are 10 and over.

The services are priced at each stylists level. We do not have pricing specific to children. To accommodate all budgets, we have stylists in all levels and range in price. Please call guest services at 303-666-7036 with any questions regarding prices and booking an appointment. They will be happy to assist you and book you with a professional and skilled stylist. 

 

Punctuality

Our desire is to offer you the best experience possible here at Ninety-Fifth Street Salon & Spa. Arriving late can create a stressful experience for both the technician and the guest. Please note that any client 15 minutes past the time of his/her reservation may be asked to adjust their service or reschedule for another time.

Customer Satisfaction

It is our mission to provide you with exceptional salon and spa services. Our staff put a lot of thought into how they can best serve you and work really hard to make sure that the experience exceeds your expectations. Because of this we do not refund services. Instead, we ask that if for some reason you are not satisfied with your service, please reach out to us so that we can make it the best experience for you.

Chemical Processing Policy

The staff at 95th Street Salon & Spa has advanced training in color and cutting techniques. It is our expectation to fully meet your haircare needs. All clients for hair services should be advised that:

  1. Multiple techniques are used in precision cutting. Stylist’s techniques vary by philosophy and training. The stylist, in cooperation with you, will determine the best techniques to use on your hair.
  2. Use of chemical processing (color, highlighting, balaiage/ombre & perms,) is not an exact science. Natural underlying hair tones and condition of hair can greatly offset the final outcome. Every effort is made on the stylist’s part to communicate and discuss your special hair needs. Hair color swatches are only and indicator of what hair will look like upon completion.
  3. All corrective color services require a consultation with one of our staff members and will be starting at $95 an hour for the duration of the service.
  4. The client assumes all risk and responsibility of any possible allergic reactions to chemical processing.

Every effort is made to communicate with you to achieve the results you desire. We guarantee we will work with you to obtain your hair goals within the natural abilities of your hair. We are committed to client satisfaction; therefore we do not offer refunds for services. However, we are willing to work within standard protocol to create the style and look you desire.
