1. The Nouveaux Talent Academy is a mentorship program designed for newly licensed artists to level up their career.

2. Throughout our 32-week program, cosmetologists and stylists will receive advanced training as an apprentice while refining technical skills and gaining business knowledge.

3. The goal of our program is to provide the Aveda network with a new generation of highly skilled professionals who will deliver exceptional service to their clients.
