We are excited to announce that the spa is now open!
We want to share with you some of the adjustments that we’ve had to make to our spa operations. This is out of an abundance of caution for our staff, our guests and our community. We’ve made many internal changes to our salon and spa procedures but we wanted to share the ones that will affect you at your visit.
Currently, we are doing appointment only services. Call 303-666-7036 to make a reservation. Please come alone to your appointment. We will not accommodate extra family members, children or friends. If they come with you, they will need to wait outside. No handshakes or hugs for us at this time either please!
When you arrive to the salon, please call to let us know you have arrived. Please wait outside or in your car; we will call you to come in when your technician is ready. This will eliminate extra people in the salon at one time and allow us to clean the treatment rooms, and beds to make sure you are entering a sanitized room. When you come in, we’ll ask that you use hand sanitizer or wash your hands in the restroom. We are currently taking temperatures at the door. All guests will be required to wear a mask into the salon before your service that hooks behind the ears.
Upon entering the salon, you’ll be escorted by your technician to the treatment room. We will NOT be having you change into robes but have all bedding and implements sanitized and laundered to the COVID-19 standards..
Facials: During your Facial service, the Esthetician will be wearing a face mask as well as a face shield to maintain COVID-19 Guidelines. You will not be required to wear the mask during the facial portion. After your service, the Esthetician will step out and you will be asked to put the mask back on before exiting your treatment room.
Massage: It is required to wear a mask or some sort of cloth covering during your service. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with a disposable one.
At the end of your service, a member of the guest care team will check you out one person at a time. There are floor decals to assist in remaining a social distance between other guests. We will total your service, add gratuity and your home care products (we will gather them for you and bag them up). We will make the checkout process as low touch as possible. All forms of payment are accepted.

Please know how very important providing excellent service is to us. These new measures we are taking are temporary until we can get back to the high standards that you’ve come to expect from us. We hope that will be sooner than later!
We sincerely appreciate your support. This situation has certainly brought on some challenges, but we are determined to rise to the occasion with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism. As these circumstances are ever changing, they will require our constant attention and reevaluation. We ask that you please be patient with us as make the necessary adjustments.
