COVID-19 Guidelines

Dear Guests:

We want to share with you some of the adjustments that we are continuing to make in this next phase. This is out of an abundance of caution for our staff, our guests and our community. We’ve made many internal changes to our salon procedures but we wanted to share the ones that will affect you at your visit.

Universal Masking

(To support the safety of all the community members, including children who are not eligible for vaccination, Boulder County Public Health (BCPH) requires mask wearing in all indoor public spaces for all individuals 2 years and older regardless of vaccination status and will go into effect on Friday, Sept. 3.)

  • All Staff and Guests, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear Masks.
  • A confirmation text is sent to you 48 hours before your appointments. If you are not feeling well, please reschedule.
  • Sanitation – we are still following Colorado State Board regulations on Sanitation to make sure we are still remaining safe. We continue to have hand sanitizer for our guests and staff.
  • Only Guests who have an appointment or are coming to shop product are allowed. We are continuing to maintain a safe environment. Please do not bring anyone else with you during your service.  
  • We continue to stay updated on the CDC and Boulder County Guidelines. 
  • When you arrive to the salon, please make sure that you are maintaining distance from other guests.         
  • Precautions – Please note that we still take symptoms very seriously. If you feel any symptoms, please don’t hesitate to re-schedule. We will do everything we can to get you in as soon as you are feeling well. 
  • Our Staff has been briefed on all Covid guidelines. If any of our staff is feeling unwell, we will also ask guests to re-schedule.

We still have low touch options for payment and guest services is available to answer any questions.

Please know how very important providing excellent customer service is to us. These measures we are taking are in place so that we can be safe and continue to serve our valued guests with the Aveda experience.

We sincerely appreciate your support. This situation has certainly brought on some challenges, but we are determined to rise to the occasion with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism. As these circumstances are ever changing, they will require our constant attention and reevaluation. We ask that you please be patient with us as make the necessary adjustments.
