COVID-19 Guidelines

Dear Guests:

We want to share with you some of the adjustments that we’ve had to make to our salon operations. This is out of an abundance of caution for our staff, our guests and our community. We’ve made many internal changes to our salon procedures but we wanted to share the ones that will affect you at your visit.
Currently, we are doing appointment only services. Call 303-666-7036 to make a reservation. You may also book online here on our website (excluding color services).

  • Please come alone to your appointment. We will not accommodate extra family members, children or friends. If they come with you, they will need to wait outside. No handshakes or hugs for us at this time either please! We will great you with warm words, intention and excitement to see you. 
  • All guests will be required to wear a mask (a disposable mask will be provided if you do not have one) that hooks behind the ears. All staff members will be required to wear masks as well. If you are in for a color service and concerned with color stains on your mask, you may request a disposable mask for your service.
  • When you arrive to the salon, please call to let us know you have arrived. Please wait outside or in your car; we will call you or wave you in when your technician is ready. This will eliminate extra people in the salon at one time and allow us to clean the styling stations, rooms, and manicure/pedicure stations. When you come in, we’ll ask that you use hand sanitizer or wash your hands in the restroom.
  • We are currently taking temperatures at the door.
    Upon entering the salon, you’ll go right to the styling chair with the stylist. We will NOT be having you change into color robes. Please wear an older T-shirt or something that has a lower neckline. We will be using styling capes as usual (which are always washed in between uses). At this time, we will be doing blow drying upon request. This will help minimize the spread of any hair and unwanted particles in the salon and minimize time spent in the chair.

Guests will be seated separately and protected by plastic partitions at each station to maintain social distancing.
We will not be offering beverages at this time, please bring your own water with you.

At the end of your service, a member of the guest care team will check you out one person at a time. There are floor decals to assist in remaining a social distance between other guests. We will total your service, add gratuity and your home care products (we will gather them for you and bag them up). We will make the checkout process as low touch as possible.

All forms of payment are accepted.

Please know how very important providing excellent customer service is to us. These new measures we are taking are in place so that we can be safe and get back to the high standards that you’ve come to expect from us. We hope that will be sooner than later!

We sincerely appreciate your support. This situation has certainly brought on some challenges, but we are determined to rise to the occasion with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism. As these circumstances are ever changing, they will require our constant attention and reevaluation. We ask that you please be patient with us as make the necessary adjustments.
